Powered Access Services is operated by Icecape Ltd trading as RacKettering, who are long established commercial refrigeration engineers.

We operate a comprehensive rental range of over 300 aerial work platform machines (AWP) offering practical access solutions to provide safe and efficient working at height options from 3 metres (10 ft) to 43 metres (140 ft).

We employ a team of trained & experienced engineers and inspectors who perform site visits to advise & ensure the correct access solution is provided. Given the diversity of AWP's & Genie booms systems on offer, we pride ourselves in the ability to solve access problems on new build and existing buildings and only advise equipment packages that will satisfy all parties.

PAS is committed to after sales services for all products where skill and knowledge are required, whether to erect and dismantle a scaffold tower or operate a complex and expensive access platform.

PAS is an approved International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) training centre offering operator training & qualification to cover all aspects of safe operation and machine care. IPAF is the internationally recognised licensing authority for the powered access industry.

We provide training and certification on the safe erection, application, and use & dismantle of Aluminium scaffold tower systems. Our Genie material lifts include an in-house training course to cover safe operation & repair of the 2000 series of machines that we provide.
